Success Stories

Here are just a few of the reasons why AARF and it's volunteers do what they do:

Eliza found a great home at her first adoption fair. She is now Bella and she's adopted!

Sweet little Gidget has found a fabulous forever home with three dachshunds and her people who will spoil her rotten! — with Amanda Tuttle Webster.

Mary Ellen, now Maya is a very happy girl with her new dad and two little birthday girls! I see a very happy future for this sweet baby!

Our wonderful dog team volunteers are the best ever foster fail for sweet Zelda, now Gracie. A match made in Heaven!

Dennis Quaid was rescued by these good folks, who adopted him tonight. He's going to be Denali and he's adopted!

Jessie found her new home with a great family. She's going to love romping in the big fenced yard. She is now Gypsy and she's adopted!

Weston went home Saturday. He gets not one, but two kids to love on him all the time! Adopted!

Simon found his new home pretty quickly. He is now Hank and he is adopted! — with Carla Carrico Stover.

Pepper found his new home today and gets a couple of new dogs AND a girl in the mix. He'll have some adjustments to make to get used to the big dog, but we're betting they learn to play together in the huge back yard! Adopted!

Ruby, formerly known as Maria, has found lots of love and a great place to call her own with her new family. The two children both adore her as do her new mom and dad. Congratulations Ruby. Adopted!

Chunky Monkey found a great forever home, where he will get lots of love from his 2 girls. He was abandoned on the side of the road in a box, so they named him, appropriately, "Moses". Adopted!

Jason is headed on to a new life full of happiness and being spoiled
